# Can we shoot back?

Just for edification, it’s not quite that easy to cross from North Korea to South Korea. The usual method is to cross from North Korea to China. While leaving North Korea, one is at risk of being shot by the North Korean guards. Once in China, one is at risk of arrest by the Chinese authorities and then repatriation to North Korea. The truly lucky ones are those who manage to make it to a third country from China and from that country, they then go to South Korea.

Your inability to make insightful comparisons along with your predictable knee-jerk responses to TRY to insult people who bring up valid points is worthy of a demonstration to a beginning debate team on what pitfalls to avoid to be a successful debater. I’m not even a good debater myself, but I know poor debating when I see/hear it.
But I’m truly stoopid…just imagine if I was schmart. I would then know how truly stoopid I was. :rolleyes:

Thanks for the update. We can’t be 100% sure that’s correct but there’s no reason to dismiss it either. From the video it appeared that he had to be down there in the ditch with some of the folks who had just run back. Not very smart or safe.
