# Can we sue our own fat asses off....?

Can this really happen?  
People are sueing McDonalds, KFC et al. for selling junk food, thus inticing them to eat it and ultimately making them obese.

The article says…  
"If you can’t be held responsible for what you put in your mouth, what are you responsible for? "

Can this be seen in the same vein as sueing tobacco companies for smoke-related illnesses?  
What are the legal implications of such case?  
Do people not take any responsibility for anything these days?
