Ina is a favorite of mine so I had checked her recipe out, but haven’t tried it yet. Your endorsement gives me just one more reason to give it a try. Nava, thanks for the response. I’d sure love to visit your Country someday. I think I’ll reduce some balsamic vinegar this weekend. ---

Love Caprese. I spritz on some balsamic vinegar, but otherwise use mozzarella, chopped basil, and fresh tomatoes on a french baguette slice. Mmm Mmm. ---
