Can we talk about Caprese, please.

Ina is a favorite of mine so I had checked her recipe out, but haven’t tried it yet. Your endorsement gives me just one more reason to give it a try.

I think I’ll reduce some balsamic vinegar this weekend.

Love Caprese. I spritz on some balsamic vinegar, but otherwise use mozzarella, chopped basil, and fresh tomatoes on a french baguette slice.

Mmm Mmm.

I like to throw a bit of oregano on top too - I love oregano and will take any excuse to use it, but it pairs beautifully with the rest of the flavors in this dish.
