This one relates to the SDMB rules. Can you challenge other board members, in a thread, to watch a TV show (cable or satellite in this case)? I guess I might as well tell you. I was going to challenge people to watch ghost stories on the Travel Channel. Because although I am skeptical of an afterlife, I still find the stories rather striking. (This last one is related to the board rules too, so you know what I want to do. Please don’t turn this thread into a debate about ghosts/Travel Channel.) 🙂 ---

What exactly is this challenge? Somebody watches the Ghost show and then what’s your end of the bargain? ---

What do you mean by “challenge”? Are you trying to extract promises from people to watch the show? Are you going to do something on your end if they do? ---

This “challenge” doesn’t have a ghost of a chance. And I don’t need to watch a lame tv show to be exposed to ridiculous beliefs. I’ve got the whole world for that. ---
