# Can you configure hotmail so it doesn't delete your sent messages

I want to save my sent messages on hotmail but hotmail deletes them after 2 weeks. Is there some way to save them? I have just been hitting ‘draft’ before I hit send so that they are saved in my draft folder, is there a way to have them not end up deleted after 2 weeks?

If it’s a message I want to save, I cc myself. Anything from myself is a sent message. Not exactly what you’re looking for, but it does work and it’s easy.
