# Can you do strike throughs?

Just wondering, is it possible to do ‘strike throughs’ on this board? Like, is there a code you can type around a word that puts a line through it, as though you’re correcting yourself? It’s just something I’ve seen on other boards, often employed for comic effect, and I was wondering if it was possible to do here. Thanks.

The super secret code word is “del”.

Do this:  
[NOPARSE][DEL]strikethrough test[/DEL][/NOPARSE]

to get this:  
[DEL]strikethrough test[/DEL]

While we’re at it [sub] and [sup] will work for subscript and superscripts:

This is a [sub]subscript[/sub] and this is a [sup]superscript[/sup]. [del]And this is wrong tool. Never use.[/del]
