# Can you fill out another voter's absentee ballot?

There are some ethnic groups where there is a “head of the family” and ‘family’ can be quite a large group with up to four generations plus some more distant 2nd cousins etc. In the UK, it has been discovered that in some rare cases, one person was completing all the absentee voting forms for the whole group. This has been considered election fraud.
