My father has a very large hernia that is contributing to serious gastrointestinal issues. He’s also essentially bedridden due to severe osteoarthritis in his hips and knees.

As part of a larger plan to help him with his gastrointestinal issues, he needs a truss. They aren’t particularly cheap and they come in a wide variety of styles. I want to get one that is comfortable for long periods, adjustable, and effective.

Any recommendations are welcome.
