It tastes like Diet Coke. The formula of Diet Coke is based on that of New Coke/Coke II, but with aspartame instead of high-fructose corn syrup.

According to [Wikipedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Coke#Coke_II), Coke II is still sold in Yap, one of the four federated States of Micronesia, and American Somoa. It is also supposedly sold in Quebec. Perhaps one of our Dopers from there can confirm.
