As I post, we’re four hours away from the leap second. And I don’t have any plans! The good news is, for people with regular office hours, and living in my time zone, that the extra second comes during down time. I’m in CDT, so it will be at 7:00 PM. I will have an extra second between when I leave work tonight and when I return tomorrow. What would be a fun way to spend the time? What can you do during a second? Or, where an extra second would make it more fun? I’m coming up empty trying to think of stuff. ---

I’m thinking of billing that time to a different account number and see what the people in HR do. Oh, hey, it just occurred to me… everybody working overnights gets overtime! ---
