I envision well-funded, well-maintained schools, health care for the poor, and a host of other goodies that the tax revenue could pay for without diverting funds from other projects.
I envision over-priced, poorly maintained government buildings, thousands of new bureaucrats, and a host of perks for politicians that the tax revenue could pay for while sucking even more funds out of the social security bucket.
After all, why should things suddenly change?

I guess Lissa’s suggesting that there would be a lot more money to fix all the things that the politicians claim there is no money for right now.
Personnally, I envision huge raises for all members of Congress.
