No swapping. She’s ours. 😃 But I see no problems with an overseas junket or two. After all, Australia is also known as a country of great bodaciousness. I’ll just have to have a few words with the Ministry of, uh, Foreign Affairs… ---

Since when did the CBC become a breeding ground for GGs :dubious: I have nothing against our new Govenor General as all I know of her is what I have seen on TV. But shouldn’t the position be opened for folks who have at least a little background in, you know, constitutional law? ---

She looks like a good choice, considering the position. At least she doesn’t have a husband that considers himself to be a “philosopher”. ---

I would have never guessed that she was 48. She certainly looks much younger than that in the linked picture.
