Oh I’m old enough to know that, but homosexuality was decriminalized in Canada in 1969. ---

Could and did the prosecutors use the stuff the cops got in that raid? Don’t know about Canada, specifically, but I assume that if they had reason to believe that someone was in danger, then they were good to go. From the minute they found someone tied up, that choice was vindicated. It sounds like they may have had a warrant and the big decision was whether to break surveillance. ---

I looked through the news posts and it looks like no body parts were found on other properties, just the one and the ravine behind it. Also, he once worked as a mall Santa. Ick. ---
