That only works to give you a *cheaper *option, when you have some kind of coverage and/or savings. Nobody in, say, Dubai is going to pay for a plane ticket out, treatment, hospital stay, and a plane ticket back for a broke American with no insurance.
Not to put too fine a point on it, but how much treatment should we be providing someone with brain cancer and advanced stomach cancer?
Come on - sending him to India? For what? Seriously - it does not sound like this guy needs anything much beyond a clean bed and six months worth of morphine.

Palliative care–which, from the last update, it appears he’s getting–brain surgery, to remove the pressure from the tumor and a stroke, so he’s getting feeling back on his left side. Phew. I was just worried that he wasn’t getting seen by *anybody *for anything.
