# Canine Menopause

Do dogs go through menopause? I have a six and a half year old Rottweiler that has not gone into heat for about a year. I am not sure if this is normal but I know that her previous heats were about six months apart.

Irregular heat cycles are a sign of your dog’s age, **LoneWolf** , but not a menopause.
