I’m in **Qeneral Guestions** and I see an interesting thread title “nondiscretionary spending needs” … it’s been moved but that’s never stopped me from being able to open it … until this one … strange …
It smells like a spambot posting … maybe some one should look at this ???

It was a spam thread being moved to the cornfield and a software glitch left a pointer that should not have been there.
