Can't Access Ticketmaster Website From Home

Okay, even though I still haven’t heard back from Ticketmaster support (apparently it is taking them a LONG time to figure out how to get the information they were asking for from a Mac - I must be the first person who has ever not been able to access their site on a Mac), I sent them the screen capture. Thanks, guys.

Still haven’t heard back from Ticketmaster support. I did their customer service survey - it was NOT a glowing review. :slight_smile:

Who needs customer service when you’re a monopoly? (Or close to it.)

ETA: I see you already commented on that a week and a half ago.

That’s exactly where my thoughts keep going - “TicketBastard really sucks. We’ll have to buy our tickets from their competitors…oh.” :frowning:
