# Can't decide if they're attractive or not...

CASE STUDY #1: Sarah Jessica Parker.
In some pictures she looks like she got hit in the face with a mallet one too many times, but in other pictures she looks really, really cute. I honestly can’t decide if I’m attracted to or repulsed by her.
Any others like this?

CASE STUDY #2: Sandra Bernhardt is like that. She has a hideous profile, but looks nice from head on.
CASE STUDY #3: Also, the woman who plays Gerri (sp?) on the Comedy Central series _Strangers with Candy_ is surprisingly attractive out-of-character and with a nice hairdo. But on the show … yecch!
CASE STUDY #4: I know I have little company on this one, but I also feel ambivalent to Uma Thurman’s looks. Go figure. I never find her repulsive, just really plain at times. Occasionally, she’s a stunner, though.

Haha … Martina H is as cute as a button. And has great legs! That’s what it is!

CASE STUDY #5: Jennifer Capriati. Sometimes her face is a little horsey, but she’s actually getting pretty damnn foxy lately. She was kind of a plain teenager.
CASE STUDY #6: Steffi Graf. Oh, that nose! But what a killer bod! Andre Agassi apparently had no problems hitting it.

what about guys?
Sometimes Vinnie Testaverde looks handsome and strong and "hot italian football player"ish, but when he’s off the field he’s got this horrible haircut and looks sort of geeky. I don’t know about him.

She wears some makeup, makes a funny face, maybe wears false teeth, and wears a fat suit for the show. It isn’t any wonder she looks better out of character. 🙂

My case study contribution is Nancy Pimental (sp?) from “Win Ben Stein’s Money”. Yeah, if she dropped out of the attic and into my bed, I’d do her. 😛
Another one is Janene Garofalo (again…sp?). I think she’s cute, in that oddly attractive sort of way.

MY take:
**Sarah Jessica Parker:** Ugly, ugly, ugly. I’ve never seen an uglier person lauded for her looks.
**Sandra Bernhard:** Hideously ugly.
**Uma Thurman:** Plain.
**Jennifer Capriati:** Plain.
**Steffi Graf:** Ugly. Bad nose. Poor girl.
**Martina Hingis:** Cute. I think the difference between her and the aforementioned tennis stars is that she looks like a girl, as opposed to being all muscles. Just my personal preference, perhaps.
**Cybill Shepherd:** A very attractive lady.
**Melissa Joan Hart:** Cute.
**Juliette Lewis:** Ugly. REALLY ugly; one of the least attractive female stars in movies today.
I have a few:
Sarah Michelle Gellar? Great body, but I think she looks like a weasel.
Liv Tyler? Again, props for the bod, but an unusual visage.
Milla Jovovich? Sometimes cute, but sort of boyish.
Courtney Cox? Pretty, but MAN, she’s skinny.
Gwen Stefani? Sometimes she looks gorgeous, and sometimes she just looks like another Aerobics Chic girl.
Madonna? She’s so overexposed it’s almost difficult to see her as a _woman_ anymore, rather than as just another commercial logo, but is it just be or does she have a body like Pete Sampras now?

Brendan Frazer - sometimes he is really really good looking.
Other times his eyes are too far apart and his face looks kinda squooshed.
I can’t decide if he is attractive or not.

Brendan Frazer…I think he’s NOT attractive, but he’s not repulsive. He’s just a normal guy.
And what’s this with Mark Wahlberg, and why do women dig him so much? He’s got this little pig nose and he mumbles a lot. I feel like I’m SUPPOSED to be hot for him, but I can’t figure it out.

I don’t know, I think Brendan Fraser’s pretty hot myself, but I’ve been known to have really weird tastes (Kiefer Sutherland makes my elbows sweat).
However, Mark Wahlberg does Nothing for me. For that matter I can’t see how anyone can find either Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt attractive. Ew.

IMHO, people who can be ugly at some times and good-looking at others are the most attractive kind of people…attractive in the sense that they keep my attention because I’m always surprised by what I see.
David Duchovny is a good example of sometimes “ehh” / sometimes “oh yeah!”

Little Mark Wahlberg also has a a rather large crease that halves his forehead. In fact, he’s _upstaged_ by that very crease in his own forehead. He’s too young to sport any other wrinkles to balance it out, and he ends up with a bizarro Neanderthal thing happening. And anyway, after his ultra-bland turn in Planet of the Apes his cool-o-meter reads in the negative.
What about **Chloe Sevigny**? Is she pretty? I’m thinking not so much.
