(Recently back from a long absence.)

I remembered an old, very informative thread on the ins and outs of Medicare but am unable to locate it with a search. Does anyone remember what it was called or who the very helpful OP was so I can find it for a friend? I did find the info about SHIPs in other threads, so that’s probably what she needs the most. TIA
