# Capless Olympic medalist swimmers

These days, it seems that all Olympic swimmers wear caps. However, from looking at photos from very old Olympics games, most of the swimmers did _not_ wear caps.

Who was the last person to win an Olympic medal in swimming without wearing a cap? And if this person happened to be bald, who was the last person with hair to win an Olympic medal in swimming without wearing a cap?
