T’was quite the blow to ‘ave weathered from the topmast, Cap’n Sir, ma’am, but sure’n oi’ve survoived it anyway. Now that oi’ve cleaned up me crows nest (oi lost me cookies a time or two thar durin’ the worst o’ it), I’ll get back to lookin’ out. Yarr, Cap’n! Two ships off the starboard bow! They looks ta be Spanish by thar colors. A galleon sittin’ low in the water an’ wallowin’ like the tub she be. Much booty to be had on a ship like that unless oi missed me guess (loot to, but oi be more in’erested in booty right now ;)) It looks as tho’ the reputation o’ the _ **Ted** _ preceeds us Cap’n! That thar galleon be 'aven 'erself an escort. I make out at least 40 guns ‘tween the tub an’ ‘er escort Cap’n Sir, ma’am! Most o’ 'em be on the escort, but the tub be 'av’n some for light defence as well. It be yer call Cap’n, but oi’d say thar’s loot a’plenty ta be had from ‘em, tho’ I serpose it could be a trap. Them Spaniards is mighty crafty, they is. ---
