How did this happen? I haven’t mapped it, but is there an elevated road next to the building or something?

[From an article](https://nj1015.com/how-a-porsche-flew-into-the-2nd-flood-of-a-building-killing-two/) on the same site linked to in O.P.:

There’s no elevated road.

Looking at some news clips online, you can see the skid marks and the ditch where they launched from. But for them to have been skidding, either because they were braking or going sideways, for that long (so, slowing down) and then going that high and that far, I have to guess they were pushing 150ish mph. Anything slower and I’d think they would have lost too much momentum to get catapulted like that.
