Watching tennis tonight I had the dubious pleasure of seeing a “Red Bull” energy drink commercial. The one where Adam and Eve are in the Garden of Eden? Perhaps you’ve also convulsed to their ads. Did anyone happen to notice that Eve’s breasts _are_ drawn, complete with nipples? Not that it _bothered_ me, but I thought for sure that such a thing wouldn’t fly content-wise. And yeah, it was on at night, but I’ve seen it on earlier in the day, as well. 😕 ---

The red bull add soundslike the smiths chips add, where the males in the Smiths chips obsessed family walk around with prominant erections. Its disturbing that basic stick figure characters should be so damn horny. Does that help sell chips? ---

I remember (vaguely) a pantyhose commercial from the 70’s that showed a cartoon ass. And, damn it, I started a thread about a 7-up commercial where a guy said “shit” and it only got two responses :mad: ---

Well Radiohead’s Paranoid Android(?) video got censored. There was no way they were going to show a naked upper-body of a mermaid without blurring.So there you go ---

What about the original _Fantasia_, during _Night on Bald Mountain_. In the part with all the flying wraiths, they showed breasts on one, complete with nips. Never expected that. ---

If you’re into that kind of thing, another unexpected place to find cartoon cleavage is Mad magazine. Sergio Aragones has often drawn topless women in his comic strips. ---

To all of you rushing in to declare that YOU don’t find cartoon breasts offensive…the OP went out of their way to point out that this wasn’t the issue, they were just questioning whether the FCC would be ok with it. Of course we all love naked breastises on TV! ---

The “Janet Reno” look-alike teacher, Miss. Chokesondick, got nekkid and flashed her boobies. But, thats pretty tame when compared to Cartman beating off the dog and chanting “red rocket! red rocket!”, and Mr. Garrison teaching the kindergarteners how to put on a condom: “Ok children, first you put it in your mouth…”. I can’t believe they got away with that! ---

Heh, thanks **occ** , peraps I wasn’t clear enough. Why was it ok to draw cartoon breasts of a grown woman? When she flies away you can see her rear, too, but I don’t think that’s a real issue. ---

They’re on harpies, they’re green and blue and the creatures are clearly EVIL, snatching up and eating the other hell-spawn. They have obvious nipples, but you only sween them briefly, almost subliminally. In the _Pastoral_ portion you get to see centaurettes, naked from the waist up (in long shots, at least), before you realize they have horse parts. You get to see breasts, but there are obviously no nipples on them. The moral seems to be that in the Disney universe, at least, you can only have nipples if you’re evil. ---
