I’m not much for sports, but the movie distributor I work for has recently released a really great documentary titled _ **Appointment in Vancouver** _ about Casey Puckett, who was set to be one of the first athletes to compete in the new Olympic sport skiercross–until he sustained a serious shoulder injury in a World Cup race in France on January 9. (Trailer available [here](http://www.indieflix.com/film/appointment-in-vancouver-30303/), but you have to purchase a rental stream or a subscription to see the whole documentary.)

For anyone who’s interested in this story, there’s an interview with Puckett–his first since the injury–at our blog. Here’s a [press release](http://showmeyourindies.com/indieflix/indieflix-blog/exclusive-interview-with-olympic-hopeful-casey-puckett/) I wrote, with a link to the blog entry at the bottom.

Again, to reiterate the full disclosure, I work for the documentary’s distributor, but the interview is available freely on the blog.
