I have no idea if she has implants or not.
However, I do know that the Elvira costume contains underwires and sidewires and whatnot, that pushes them all up and together. I also know that heavy makeup is applied, to simulate shadows and deeper cleavage than there really is.
I wouldn’t be too surprised if her breasts are 100% average, out of costume.

I’ve always assumed that they were real (enhanced with wires, tape and makeup) because she’s been that size since back in the day when silicone implants were round and awful looking. She’s got pretty natural looking weight and heft, with a normal amount of droop. The pic at that link makes 'em look like about a D cup. Not that big, really. (Mine are bigger, and all natural!)
Can’t prove anything, though. Just one big racked girl’s opinion. 🙂

Saw her in person about 5 years ago doing some Halloween show at Knott’s Berry Farm.
Even made up for stage she looked terrible. I’m surprised to learn she is only 55. Didn’t pay any attention to her boobs, it would have been like ogling my great grandmother (who, though I loved her dearly, I once had the misfortune of seeing naked).
