BTW, Science Diet’s new “anti-hairball” food seems to work quite nicely. My cat went from puking about once a week to once every 6 weeks or so. Very nice stuff. ---

An acquaintance of mine had been given “care” of a spiteful cat while living out in the middle of nowhere. One day, it went out of its way to crap on top of his VCR. That night, he took the cat out back and shot it through the head with his .380 semiautomatic pistol. He’s now a Y2K Survivalist hiding out in the pacific northwest. 😉 ---

My cat always eats grass and throws it up if he gets a chance to sneak outside. We got him that special “cat grass” and he threw that up too. What gives? BTW, I agree with the “urk, urk, urk, etc.” throwing up sound. But Demo’s right, the “Meoww-owww-weeowww-wowwww” always prefaces it. * * * One week only! Special holiday sig line: “HO! HO! HO! My cat has only ever barfed once, right on my pillow, and then the sneak covered it up so it took half the night to find the source of the odour. The lady at the cat shop gave me some brown gunk in a tube which her cats eat right of her figers (yeah right, how come everybody else has such pliant cats?). Mine needs it mixed up with his food before he’ll eat it, but apparantly it helps him digest the hairballs instead of barfing them up. The one time my cat has barfed I saw no trace of a hairball (though, to be honest, as I’ve never seen one in my life I may have just not recognised it) so I guess the gunk must work, I can post goo-details if anybody is interested. ---

Re-Hijack Alert!!! Smiling Jaws, I assume you mean Stephenville, TX HS, and their Yellow Jackets (and Honey Bees)? No, the only thing I know about them is exactly that. My sister used to be Children’s Minister at FBC Stephenville, and that’s how I know about it. Just curious, Why’d’ya ask? PS - I’d have just emailed you the answer but your address isn’t recognized. * * * It may be that when an ornithologist says the Water Ouzel walks under the water, he only means that he has seen a Water Ouzel or some other bird sitting on a stone in the general vicinity of a body of water. –Will Cuppy ---

There’s nothing so nice as getting up out of bed, opening the door, and firmly placing your foot in cat barf. My sister’s cat almost didn’t live when I got hold of it. Opal – actually this was supposed to be a kind of special grass that satisfies their grass craving without causing them to throw up (less barbs or something).
