I keep seeing ads for [this shirt](https://images.kuteshirt.com/2021/04/i-do-what-i-want-to-do-bad-kitty-club-cute-but-annoying-shirt-Shirt.jpg), which features a cute cartoon of an orang-and-white cat. The face looks very familiar. Is the image they used original? Or was the character taken from somewhere; and if so, where?

(And no, I’m not buying the shirt. 😉 )

It looks a lot like a Louis Wain cat from his early, commercial work.

Searching on his name and ‘cat’, I’m not seeing anything that looks similar.

Reminds me of Figaro in Disney’s _ **Pinocchio** _.

Reminds me of the triples Tom had to babysit one time.
