# Cat vs. gator

More to the point, it would have entailed getting _really_ close to that cat. If that cat had wanted to be picked up, I imagine it would have given some indication of that fact. And if it _didn’t_ want to be picked up… Well, let’s just say that I don’t want to be on the bad side of a cat that stares down alligators.

Yes! I don’t know what amused me more: the stand-off, or that the gator came back with his homeboy and still got shown up.

The cat is brave and only doing the thing he knows well.

But does anyone else feel that the two kids who are lingering around so close to the alligators are too dumb to live??
