# Catholics ordered to keep quiet over Virgin Mary sightings

I’ve only seen one miracle in my entire life. It was 1969. The Mets won the World Series. Everything else pales in copmparison. 😃

When I was about 13, there was a Virgin Mary sighting at the Korean Baptist Church. In the church steeple.

So, for a while, there were people on the lawn waiting for the VM to show up again.  
My Mom, the former nun and devote catholic\*, was of two minds over this ‘vision’.

1. WHY would the Virgin Mary show up at a Korean Baptist Church when there is a perfectly good Catholic church just down the road? Maybe Mary wanted some Kimchi?

2. I should convert the gas station across the street into a bar so everyone could bet a better look at the Virgin Mary.
