# Caulk for concrete floor

I asked because if you do test for radon and get a positive result you may have to tell potential buyers about it. I don’t know the requirements in your area but if it’s not a requirement for a mortgage or homeowners insurance then they may practice ‘out of sight, out of mind’.

All realtors in CO will recommend a Radon test anyway.

75% of homes in the US haven’t been tested for radon so I think the recommendation is often ignored.

Sold my moms house in Denver last spring. I don’t believe a radon test was done.
