No they didn’t. Only one of those games was (partially) made by E.A., and that’s Starflight The rest were published by E.A. but made by small (at the time) gaming companies.
Bard’s Tale was Interplay. As was Wasteland. The reason Fallout came out was that Interplay couldn’t get the rights to the Wateland name. (Developers back then owned the codebase. But publishers owned the name.)
inXile Entertainment, founded by the original founder of Interplay, Brian Fargo) has managed to acquire the rights back to those names.
