# CDDA problems

I was backing up files on my computer so that I could fdisk the thing (yummy). I got all the files I wanted, and burned it to a cd. Unfortunately, NERO decided to write it as a CDDA. So now, all my info is in CDDA format and not in actual data.  
Now, does anyone know how, if even, I can get my data back? Is there anyway possible to convert CDDA back to data? Any help/info would be greatly appreciated.
