# Cecil's friend/competitor?

I’m sure a large fraction of the Teeming Millions are familiar with the “Imponderables” books by Dave Feldman. My question is: what’s Feldman up to? He seems to have dropped out of site in the last few years. I have yet to see the promised _Mysteries of the Opposite Sex_ book come out. His website, [http://www.imponderables.com](http://www.imponderables.com) hasn’t been updated in a looong time. Anybody have any news about him?

No, I haven’t heard anything from him. But I will say that I may be a contributor to his next book, if it comes out. In the summer/fall of '99 he had a bunch of questions on his website that he was using to research his next book, and he seemed pretty impressed with a couple of my answers. 😃
