[/QUOTE] I can’t think of a single time The Straight Dope domain (boards or articles) showed on my searches EXCEPT the time I did a search for “straight dope tv show” - which is when I found the place. just saying… ---

[straightdope.com/robots.txt](http://www.straightdope.com/robots.txt) says the main domain is indexable (except the “bonus” directory). I would expect SD to appear in a search from time to time,. but I’ve never happened across it by my seaches. ---

[/QUOTE] Which sucks, IMHO, since I could better drill down to find a thread I want with Google’s search engine than I could with the vBulletin one the Dope’s equipped with.
