It’s **Rachm Qoch** , and his last post was a couple of days ago, so he’s still on the boards. He quit playing Death Pool, as I recall, to give the rest of the players a chance. I think he played 2009 with a themed list that he clearly didn’t expect to win, or something. ---

It’s kinda neat to see how many regulars on this year’s lists were also on the 2000 Death Pool lists. Nancy Reagan, Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Muhammad Ali, Kirk Douglas, Abe Vigoda, Billy Graham, Stephen Hawking, Keith Richards…next year, I might have to do a themed list of people selected in the 2000 Death Pool who are still among the living. ---

Just for the heck of it, I’m going through that list now to see who’s still alive and will post that list if folks are ok with that. Also, smug won that year. Here’s an interesting list of thirteen. I went back through the names for the years 2012, 2013, and 2014, the years I’ve been DeathMistress. I looked at the “top choices” as selected by players, and eliminated those that have died. The following is a list of the top “vote getters” that were in all three years, and haven’t died. Yet. They are in alphabetical order, not order of “popularity”. Of course there are other names that have been in all three years, but overall these were ranked higher.
