Not really a celebrity, as such, but [Dr. Denham Harman](http://www.omaha.com/living/harman-longtime-unmc-faculty-member-and-doctor-behind-free-radical/article_fa190f76-2964-5a03-8872-7b7ad244c31b.html), the guy who [del]invented free radicals[/del] proposed the theory of free radicals affecting the aging process, has been ultimately discharged from the ward of life.
