I met most of the remaining members about 8-10 years ago when they gave a talk at my then-workplace. Amazing group of men. It’s shame how many of them have passed on since then. ---

Folks, we are almost 90% of the way through this contest. Time to go over your lists and be sure no one died without you knowing about it. In just nine days the OP for the 2016 Death Pool will be posted. So it’s also time to decide if you will recycle your current lists, or change things up. Be prepared for a surprise announcement during the OP for the 2016 thread. ---

A suggestion for 2016: when you list the players, put in links to their entries. That way people can check that you’re looking at the correct entries. ---

I think what \*\*Quartz \*\*means is that the link can be checked in case there is any confusion as to which celebrity is meant, such as those with the same names. Two Billy Grahams, two Raul Castros, and so on. I don’t think \*\*Quartz \*\*means I should check, personally, each and every link. I do think it’s a good idea to keep a copy of one’s own list in a seperate document though. The spreadsheet I keep for the choices each player has made also has added to it the post number of their list. If they alter the list for any reason I also list that post number as well, so I can be sure as to which is the FINAL list for each player. ---

What I need to get some points is for Hollywood to make a sequel to _Space Cowboys_, with real old NASA astronauts. In this movie, instead of killing off one of the guys, it could be a _lot_ more! Even better, make it a joint mission with old Soviet cosmonauts. ---
