(That’s officially what the alternates are there for; unofficially, at least in my case, they’re to remind me of who I might move up to the main list if the mood strikes me in the next 31+ hours. Hence three alternates rather than just one, which would really suffice for their official purpose.) So as long as any names past the 13th name are listed as alternates, it’s all good. ---

I turned 50 last week. A friend I went to school with from 3rd grade on has a December 31 bd. But he will only be 49 because when he moved to Ohio from NY he got put ahead a grade. If he was born one day later, he wouldn’t have gotten put ahead. ---
