Who’d’a thunk it? 😉 I did, actually - I mused briefly in last year’s thread about doing a themed list of supercentenarians (what did I have to lose, I figured - I was going 0 for 2014 anyway), but when December rolled around, I forgot all about that and put together a traditional list. Not that I’m regretting that decision in the least, given where I am in the standings, but I am vicariously enjoying Andrew’s success nonetheless. It seems to be the way to go if you want to rack up a lot of unique corpses. ---

A few years ago I put together a list of people at least 95 years old, that had been in the movie industry. I got three points that year, for two people. Those old folks cling to life. Of course one on my list passed four days after that year’s contest was over. ---

TV director Richard Bare, who directed 166 episodes of “Green Acres” between 1965 and 1971, died this week at age 101. Did **Andrew21** have him on his list? ---

Not only are you not the only one, but at a past Sweet Adelines competition, one of the choruses (over 100 women) all dressed liked the We Can Do It poster and sang “Rosie the Riveter”. ---
