Meme I saw on Facebook: "2016 claims another one: Carlos Ray ‘Chuck’ Norris (born March 10, 1940) is an American martial artist, actor, film producer, an screenwriter, died this morning in his house in Oklahoma at the age of 76. He is feeling much better now and has fully recovered from this minor annoyance." ---

It’s been a few months now, but since it hasn’t been reported by anyone else I’d like to draw attention to the death of [Walter Scheel](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Scheel), former President and, for a few days, Acting Chancellor of (West) Germany in the 1970s. Seems I was the only one who had him on the list. Nets me a whopping three points. ---
