I’d like to stick up for **Idle Thoughts**. Well, not really. I’d really like to stick up for **who gives a shit**? This is the SDMB Death Pool not the Olympic Games ferchrissakes. Who cares if the ties are displayed one way or another. You don’t get prize money based on placement, you know. People need to unclench. If the way in which ties are displayed in a game that doesn’t mean anything causes you so much consternation, I’d suggest not playing at all; you’re wrapped way too tight. ---

Y’know, given that right now I have a whopping 6 points – and that’s the highest score I’ve achieved in a number of years – I can’t say there’s really much difference between “tied for 76th,” “tied for 23rd” or “better than zero.” ---
