Gorden Kaye famously cheated death once already when his brain was speared by a piece of wood, getting to live on to 75 is quite an achievement after that. ---

Not in this year. Have been working 10 pm to 6:30 am since late August and it has been difficult even knowing what day it is. Worked 8 straight from Dec 26 to Jan 02/03. Good job that I will retire at (Post Office) but currently low person in seniority. had i been in, I would have had the now dead Miguel Ferrer and a bunch of younger people that probably would have been unique. ---

As a parent of a Type-1 Diabetic, I’m of two minds of this (beyond the “sucks that another human died”, of course). Moore was **huge** in the T1D community. She’s done a massive amount of good, both from a fundraising and awareness standpoint. She was a fantastic International Chairman for the JDRF. However, as someone doesn’t go a week without reading a story about yet another 14-year-old who dies because of T1D, it’s heartening to see someone who lived a lifetime with this disease and managed quite well with it. ---
