Australian actress [Cornelia Frances](https://tvtonight.com.au/2018/05/vale-cornelia-frances.html) has died, age 77. When I was a kid, a popular soap opera called _The Young Doctors_ dominated our pop culture, and she played the evil Sister Scott. Then in the 2000s we had a version of _The Weakest Link_ which she hosted, very much a perfect imitation of Britain’s edition with Anne Robinson. ---
