Elisabeth Sladen is 60, and [I think she still looks great](http://www.bbc.co.uk/sja/images/wallpaper/640x480/ep5/sarah_jane.jpg).

I have to disagree on Redford. I saw him doing an interview for the 2005 DVD re-release of _The Sting_ and he’s looking bad.

Yeah, Redford looks like hell.

My nomination – Richard Gere. He just gets yummier and yummier.

Also Clint Eastwood, though he’s starting to get a trifle old …

George Clooney.

No, really, I realize that women have been turning to puddles of goo over him for years, but until a couple of years ago he just didn’t do it for me. Suddenly…yowza. I don’t know exactly what it is, but _damn_. The older he gets, the better he looks.

See [Princess Bride - 20 Years Later](http://abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/popup?id=3370726&contentIndex=1&page=1&start=false) and prepare to be sad.

Oddly enough, the only one who’s looking good is the evil Prince Humperdink (Chris Sarandon)

imho, Sean Connery is as fine as they come for a 70-something-yr-old man. He can still out act most wannabe’s half his age. Unfortunately, when he speaks, it sounds like his dentures are slipping.

I’d still pay a small fortune (which is the size of my personal fortune, alas) for an evening with the man.

Love, Phil

[QUOTE=Chanteuse]
I think that [Paul Michael Glaser](http://www.paulmichaelglaser.org/photos/paul_gt2007_a.jpg) still looks pretty fine!
[/QUOTE]

When I saw the (awful) Starsky and Hutch movie, I was shocked when the original duo had their cameo at the end. David Soul was paunchy, doughy, and balding - not ugly by any means, but he looked _nothing_ like he did when he played Hutch. Glaser, on the other hand, looked _exactly_ the same.

Is it my imagination or do fair-haired and fair-skinned guys tend to not age quite as well as guys with darker complexions and hair? Robert Redford - his face looks like the surface of the Moon now. Christopher Walken, [when younger,](http://relaxedhomeskool.com/motherdaughter/wp/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/christopher_walken.jpg) was very handsome - now he looks like a zombie. Mark Hammill - his [current look](http://www.mwctoys.com/images/sdcc_hamill_1.jpg) might be considered handsome in a rugged way by some, but it’s a very far cry from the boyish Luke Skywalker.

Two exceptions I can think of - [Jon Voight](http://img361.imageshack.us/img361/1255/angelinajolie041lpx3.jpg) and [Bruce Davison.](http://cache.viewimages.com/xc/1430350.jpg?v=1&c=ViewImages&k=2&d=17A4AD9FDB9CF1939057D9939C83F10685485F0C18F7FE175A5397277B4DC33E) They’re not the pretty boys they used to be, but their skin still looks remarkably clear.

It seems to me that when dark haired, swarthy guys get older, they just get better and better looking. Sean Connery and George Clooney are perfect examples, but there are plenty of others. Robert Downey Jr. went through hell and back but he still looks like a stud in Iron Man. For dark haired guys, graying hair just adds character instead of making them look excessively old, and darker-haired guys also tend to have thicker facial hair so they have the benefit of being able to grow beards and look either tougher, or more distinguished.

Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

Rutger Hauer hasn’t aged much, either… gained a little weight, but that’s besides the point. Chris Walken is doing ok. Isn’t Fabio almost 50?

Looks like the looked for the least flattering current photos they could find. I think Mandy Patinkin still looks intriguing. Carol Kane looks good (is she wearing the same earrings in both photos?)

No fair comparing posed and styled photos to candids (even ones taken by pros) as they’ve done with Robin Wright and Wallace Shaun.

I have a theory that she is indeed a robot. She’s been on the Wheel for 25yrs and hasn’t noticably changed.

I’m pretty sure Bob Barker is a robot as well. They had to pull him off the Price is Right due to metal fatigue. He could easily be fixed and resume his hosting duties, but the general public isn’t ready for that yet.

ETA: And many of them weren’t all that good looking to begin with.
