Burt Ward (“Robin”) from the old Batman series. When I was a kid he appeared at a local circus. I pestered and pestered my dad until he took us. The one and only circus I went to. (I don’t like clowns. But for Burt Ward? It was worth it.) I still think he’s cute. (Well, he _is!_) Remember the old science fiction series “V”? I was not the only one that liked the “bad-good-guy”, mercenary Ham Tyler (Micheal Ironside). The main character was the handsome, killer-body Marc Singer (from “Beastmaster”) but there were many of us female fans who preferred the slightly stocky, balding Ham. Go figure. Martin Short. Oh my gosh. I just realized this! For SHAME! But he was cute when he was younger. No, really. And he’s so damned funny. At least I think so. Oh - someone mentioned Paul Gross from “Due South”? Why be embarrassed that you find him attractive? He’s a doll, and the character he played in the series was fabulous! The scary thing is, I also think David Marciano (his sidekick, the skinny one with the big nose) is cute too. (Well, he _is!_) Skinner (Mitch Pileggi) from “X-Files”. My mom, sister and I all have secret crushes on him. I could go on. I am always mortified by my weird tastes. ---

Well, even though someone’s stolen my thunder, I’d like to second Bill Nye. And I want it on the record that, despite later movies that play up his sex appeal a little more, I first fell for Jeff Goldblum when I saw him in “Buckaroo Banzai.” Prince, absolutely. Beautiful effeminate little man, ooze right over here. Did I hear correctly that he has recently become a Jehova’s Witness? ---

Somehow, I don’t think liking Janeane Garofalo on this board is gonna get you any heat. She’s hot. For me…the only thing Ican think of right now is I would like to see the lady from The Big Comfy Couch when she’s not in costume. ---

I’m not necessarily ashamed or disturbed that I find them attractive…but they certainly don’t fall into the ‘classic beauty’ category: Ian Anderson (any age, I don’t care) Tim Burton Tim Curry Oliver Platt And there’s more…I just can’t think of them right offhand. ---

Julia Roberts and Nicole Kidmon. Yeah, yeah, I know what you’re thinking, but I’m thinking of the theme of this little message. It disturbs me that I would find them attractive. They’re hard-working, focused, ruthless women (as they must be to succeed), who, if I had anything to offer them, would suck me dry and leave me a shuddering, lifeless hulk, a shell of protein and calicum and little else. And if they crooked their little finger at me, after all that, _I would go back._ I wouldn’t be able to help myself. (Good thing, I have nothing they’d want, eh? :D) ---
