It could be worse. I once had to tell a client I needed half a day off to go to an RG in Columbus. You’d be amazed at the effect the words, “Mensa Alligator Wrestling” have on some people. When I got back, it got even better. You see, I won, therefore I am a (now former) “Mensa Alligator Wrestling Champion”! 😃 CJ _Wha-a-a-t!_ You thought sat around and discussed particle physics?! ---

Ice cream would be coming from NOVA, _bamf_er. Mixed company action is stuff like gropage and other PDAs (that can be public display of affection or public display of action). ---

Okay, I talked to hubby last night, and we are a pretty firm tentative “yes”, and by “we”, I mean the whole fam damily! That’ll be me, hubby, and three girls, ages 17 (well, she will be by then), 13 ( **dwalin** , I’m bringing her just for you 😉 ), and 4. I will make some whole-wheat macaroni and cheese. ---

I haven’t been to Gettysburg in something like 40 years - there are photos of my sibs and me astride a cannon sometime in the early 60s - I was sooooooo cute! According to mapquest, it’s about 3 hours from Solomons, so a long day, but doable. Anyway, this sounds like a fun time and I’m going to see if I can convince **FCD** that he’ll enjoy it. If nothing else, the chili will catch his interest. I make no promises or commitments until he and I can discuss this, especially since we don’t know what will be happening with our house construction, but mark me down as a tentative “maybe” and if we do make it, I’ll be bringing my much-beloved cucumber-onion salad, because it’s easy enough to make on the boat. ---
