So a Higgs boson particle goes into a catholic church. The moment the priest sees him he orders him out saying, “Get out you so called god particle!” The Higgs boson particle stopped, stunned at what he’d heard. “But wait,” he cried, “You can’t have mass without me.” As I was typing it came to me that I’d probably read that joke here. But it’s still funny. ---

The wary reader will note that currently the Higgs Boson neither exists nor un-exists. By listening to the upcoming announcement, you will force the boson into a state of definite existence (or non-existence, as the case may be). ---

But if they find out the mass of the H-B, won’t that compress the Earth down to a super-dense particle the size of a pea? 😉 ---
