Under the “don’t be a jerk” metric, how is a guy going into thread after thread and telling people he wants to literally fuck their babies, saying he thinks it should be legal and accusing the parents of being unreasonable “overprotective” assholes if they don’t ley him fuck their infants and toddlers not being a jerk? That’s without even going into his nauseating delusions about real, not hypothetical, children who he thinks are "flirting’ with him. Clearly, this is inflammatory stuff. Clearly the vast majority of posters don’t want it. Clearly, this poster has already been disruptive. I don’t believe I’ve ever asked for a poster to be banned, but I will say that people _have_ been banned for less than what this one has done. I can’t see any point at all in an “Ask the pedophile” thread, by the way. I don’t see how that could be anything but a trainwreck. ---

I think a consent test for kids is crazy talk. The notion of interpreting a child’s glances as flirting or an expression of sexual desire toward an adult, if that’s what happened, makes me sick. He’s got this one now. If the guy is a troll, then ban him for that, but not for expressing or advocating unpopular, controversial, and icky beliefs in good faith within the rules. I don’t know enough about his posting history or intent to form an opinion as to whether he’s a troll. If he’s a troll or violates rules and ignores warnings, then go for it and ban him. People should be allowed to advocate why [unpopular idea] should be allowed. Other should be able to advocate why [unpopular idea] is a terrible idea. In the Pit, people should be able to tell the advocate of [unpopular idea] that he’s a motherfucker. I guess some people will falsely interpret that to mean I’m an advocate for [unpopular idea]. Whatever. ---

You can look at **Cesario** ’s profile to see his prior posts. There’s a thread that’s a few months old (re: have you ever/attraction to underage persons) in which he extensively describes his views advocating legalization of pedophilia. He offers this viewpoint in other threads, too. Personally, I wish **Cesario** would just GO AWAY. Barring that, I hope that he’ll be reported and warned every time he continues to advocate for legalization of pedophilia or even brings up the topic of pedophilia, because really, enough is enough. ---

I find it amusing that the Powers that Be haven’t shut him down. From what I recall they’ve shut down threads where people discussed their favorite file sharing programs, and threads where people discussed past drug use. As the powers that be have correctly reminded us, this is a private forum and they have the right to restrict any speech that they find offensive. In my opinion, he is either a very sick and disturbed individual or in the alternative, we are being trolled successfully. ---
