He can go post on NAMBLA’s whatevers. While an “ask the ashamed, in-treatment pedophile” might be something of an interesting thread, I guess… “ask the unrepentant pedophile who wants the law changed so he can get down to the business of raping kids” is not something we should be providing a forum for. The very fact that he ardently wants to share his proud sickness with the community, to the point of bringing it up in totally unrelated threads, is not a reason why we should indulge him and give him his own soapbox. It’s a reason to shut him the fuck up. ---

All I have to say is that if TPTB let this nasty individual continue on his merry way, especially if they allow him his own little fapfest, that every person who reads this board who is also a mandatory reporter get on the stick and inform law enforcement that there’s a venue that is encouraging his behavior. Nasty perverts may have First Amendment rights but companies have personhood as well, apparently, and can be held accountable for the behavior they enable. ---

I can’t see anything it says because I have it on ignore. But obviously it’s up to it’s old bullshit again. I think it needs to fuck off and die. My comment is for the people who so strongly want to read a thread like that. I just have to wonder what you would hope to get out of it. Are you really hoping to be educated about just what a kiddy-fucker does or what? I don’t understand why someone would want to read the details unless it was for another reason. Let me help you out with the details. Look up circular vaginal tears. Look up infertility due to childhood sexual abuse. Look up anal fissures. I can also tell you all about the lies they tell children, how they manipulate them into doing what they want. So that’s pretty much it, they manipulate children and molest them. What else do you need to know? If even once cefuckio had said “I’m sick, I need help. How can I get better?” I would be ok with him talking about his sickness. He doesn’t want to do that. He wants to talk about how good it is and how really, toddlers want to give consent. How does he think a baby gives consent? If a baby is crying with a wide open mouth, does he think that means “please shove your cock in here”? I am not well known around here and nobody would give a shit or even notice if I left. But to be really honest, if giving him a soapbox under the guise of free speech, is something that’s acceptable here, I don’t know if I want to be here any longer. ---

What I think some people are defending is the right to have civil discussions of any topic no matter how icky or unpopular they might be. If I oppose Cesario’s proposed thread, is not because it is about pedophilia but because it won’t be a civil dialog but just a chance to pump out his already well covered ideals. And I definitely oppose the idea that a thread should be disallowed because it will turn into a lynching mob. The mods should be extremely vigilant and quick to punish those who will jump to flame an unpopular opinion, no matter how fucked up that opinion might be. Popular positions don’t need defending, the majority rules take care of that. It is minorities and eccentric positions that need defending. ---

**Cesario** has said some things that make me wretch. I remember reading him say something to the effect of “since I’m a strictly heterosexual pedophile, I can testify that there _are_ large differences at that stage in life”. I mean, wow… I don’t know if there is any way of removing a pedophile’s pedophilic sexual desires without just removing his/her sexual desires completely. But even then, **Cesario** should try to get himself chemically castrated, big time. ---

Marley23, you should not pressure posters into ignoring whatever reporting requirements they are professionaly bound by. If you think that the SDMB is doing nothing that is reportable, then there is and will be no legal problem, so your note is moot.
